Owner Representative Responsibilities

At this point, we oversee the competitive bidding procedure among a pre-screened pool of skilled sub-contractors. Here we have an opportunity to intervene in order to avoid the infamous contractor’s markup on materials, supplies, and labor. Naturally, we allow for real time price adjustments and reserve the right to postpone proceedings at your discretion.
