I hired CCS Inc to help create the plans and architectural designs for an addition to our house plus garage 1,179sq ft. I explained to them what I wanted and they made it happen. I also explained to them that I had already lost time and money with another "so called" architect and that I needed something done quick. They provided me a floor plan within few days after our initial meeting and immediately made any adjustments I requested made. Aside from small city corrections the plans were approved within 10 days. Working with CCS Inc was great and stress free. I highly recommend they services.

I had an addition to the back of my house. So I decided to get some help. As I had some bad experience with other project around my house. To be honest I wasn’t thinking on hiring CCS Inc as they replied about a week after my first contact with them. After speaking with Danny, I decided to give it a chance. He came to my house and we went over the project. He is really knowledgeable and detail oriented.

A major renovation is a long and exhausting process. Went we found out CCS Inc offers construction management, we were in love with the company. They were with us the entire way. They had great ideas, patiently worked with us to create the final design, and helped us with every detail. They were always responsive and available to give advice, help us make decisions, and answer our millions of questions.

We needed a major remodel and addition to our house. After a long time of doing research and getting quotes we found CCS Inc. At the beginning we were a bit hesitant because their price wasn’t the cheapest. We didn’t know if we wanted to spend this amount of money for plans and architectural designs. After discussing with my partner, we decided to give it a go. Soon we realized we made a good choice. Everyone was so professional and attentive. We just moved in, and the entire layout and design are fantastic.

I am thankful I found CCS Inc. At the beginning I thought I could do all the job myself and just hire a contractor to do the job. Soon enough I found out, I was completely wrong. I would have saved myself thousands of dollars if I would’ve hired CCS Inc from the start.

We had some complications at the beginning because it felt that some of the designs they were showing me were not what I wanted. But they listened and at the end they delivered good architectural designs. CCS Inc did a beautiful job creating a fantastic plan, where I can have all the amenities I wanted in a very small space.

I used CCS Inc for our tenant improvements in San Fernando Valley. I called them in a panic not realizing I would need architectural designs for the city and they were able to come out within a day and give me a quote. I met with two other architects and hands down felt like CCS Inc was the right company for us and they price was great too. they were easy to speak with and generally got back to me quickly. They were also able to get approval for our plans right away from the city.

I was a first time buyer, I didn’t know where to start. So after doing some research I contacted CCS Inc they answer many of my questions came to my house and gave me an estimate. I really though they were too expensive for what I needed . So I went ahead and hire a different company who was way cheaper than them. WORST DECISION!!! The housing department through the systematic code enforcement came up with a conclusion that our 8 garage parking in our 6 unit building was build with no permit. i was shocked. how can it be ? it was a long time to adjust to the situation. we didnt know where to start and what to do. we met with Danny from CCS and he started with architectural plans and designs. he than met with the housing authorities and approved the structure. that was a relive for us but now how we get the clearance ? CCS came with a plan of action and managed my project. they scheduled and communicate directly with all city officials until all modifications were approved. now the building is up to all standards. the housing department and building and safety are off our back.

A friend recommended me CCS INC and I don’t regret choosing them for the remodeling project of my house. They are professional and I didn’t have to worry of something going wrongwith the permits for the city. The project was done in the time frame we agreed. Thank you

I met ccs inc at the department of building and safety at the Van Nuys office. My previous architect did a lot of mistakes so they took the plans and completely modified them. Their lead architect Fabian was great and than Danny took the plans to the structural engineer. There was also a need for land survey and geological report but they took care of everything. After only four months it was all approved. I think will also consider them for the project management since it’s a 4 story building and we don’t have the knowledge necessary. I hope they will do the management part as the planing.

i live in New York but my heart and soul is in Los Angeles. i own 12 apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area. unfortunately often times a tenant is complaining to the Housing Department also known as LAHD on a violation that they might think exist. even when the LAHD inspect the property basically every property in Los Angeles county through SCEP systematic code enforcement program they still respond to any complain. recently i got a notice and order to comply for a violation of a 2 bedroom apartment in my building that was build 4 years ago with no permit. i contacted CCS inc and they got me an extension so my property will not fall into REAP rent escrow account program. than they acted fast and got my drawings approved through this great architect that didn't wast any time, and than they managed the project include passing all the inspections while im in New York they met with the building and safety inspectors, provided quality control on the contractors job and finally got me the clearance. they provided me with a supreme service.

Im not here to praise their service just to educate the readers, CCS Inc is a construction conslting company with a team of architects and engineers, construction project manager. So whenever a client like me need architectural plans to be approved they must use CCS Inc since not only that their architects and engineers work on the plans with different options tbeir construction managment team provise a rough estimate for each option, so not only you getting approved plans from top architects and engineers you also cover yourself from paying for plans and permits that approved but over your construction budget. Long review short they dont approve the plans or engineering, they dont let you pay for any permits fees untill you getting the ultimate plans for a job within your budget. CCS Inc helped me a lot during the years with all of my construction needs from architectural plans, engineering, survey, soil report. They also do the traveling and always pull the permits behalf my name. Great service highly recommended.

I have a 13000 square lot in van nuys that zoned R1 with a house on it, i heard the new laws for ADU that stands for additionasl dwelling unit, so i called CCS and they send me a consultant that check the lot to see if its possible to build another unit. Once the consultants said its possible to build CCS send there architect that specialize in additional dwelling units and no later than a month after there structural engineer stamp tbe plans and approved them in the department of building and safety. I was impressed with their capabilities and the time frames for approvals. CCS team of architects and engineers gave us the oppertunity to build additional house on the same lot. Great team very sufficent and streight to the point.

Ccs with the lead of Danny Yamnitski handle our 24 unit building compliance. We added additional 3 units of 3 bedrooms 2 baths each. Danny Yamnitski and his architects team were great they were above and beyond our expectations. The building now is up to code, all the violations were cleared and we got the clearance we were so worried about.

Danny has helped me numerous times over the years. I flip houses for a living and he, along with his incredible and trustworthy team of experts, has always been my go to when I have gotten a building code violation or notice to comply from LAHD or LADBS. They have also Helped me with every aspect of construction project management.

I got hit with a violation on my eight unit building with a list of five pages but the thing that scared me the most was the unpremeditated basically illegal units. The LAHD conducting inspections on every building in LA county every five years once a violation is found its also getting reported to the LADBS and that’s when I realized I need the help of an expert. CCS team came with an architect that knew the building codes like no other. Than the came with a structural engineer and a surveyor. They approved the plans in the city. Than they got an extension for us to legalize the units. It was a long process but they managed the project and got me the clearance. They handle the situation from planing to managing include meeting the inspector in each and every stage. CCS team provided us with a detail report on a weekly basis. We’re happy and relieved that it’s a memory of the past. We got the clearance and now our property is out of risk from any REAP. We up to codes. All units been legalized. I like working with them for the simple reason that not only that they provide me with the ultimate plans include land survey and structural engineering they also helped me with the project management all the way to completion and certificate of occupancy.
